Telemedicine service

In relation to the severity and/or evolution of the situation, after having better qualified the case, the operator on the ground activates the connection with a specialist doctor from an affiliated center authorized to provide telemedicine services, based on the specialization and severity of the case. The specialist also takes charge of the situation from the point of view of responsibility for the clinical case, to confirm the diagnosis and define the next steps. The call can be closed with a follow-up recommendation, or with the prescription of a therapy (also compatible with the contents of the on-board pharmacy) or in critical cases with the activation of the emergency procedure through the SAR/TMAS channel.
